Georgette Byers – Case 27-CR-03-081218 – Amended Criminal Complaint

This amended Hennepin County criminal complaint retains the original probable-cause allegations against Georgette Byers, Rochelle Coney, Matthew Glover, and Kenneth Daniels, and amends the offense portion to add David Johnson as an additional defendant on attempted first-degree murder and kidnapping charges arising from the alleged beating, confinement, trunk transport, and shotgun shooting of the victim on Nov. 6, 2003.
