Teneshia Kragness – 2022 Corporate Campaign Contributions Prima Facie Determination and Hearing Notice

This August 9, 2022 preliminary order determined that a complaint alleging Teneshia Kragness accepted eight prohibited corporate campaign contributions of $600 each stated sufficient facts to establish a prima facie violation and proceed to a probable-cause hearing.
